- Comprehensive medical, prescription, dental and vision coverage with low employee premium payments.
- Medical coverage begins 90 days after the first-of-the-month following your hire date.
- Pre-tax contributions to our 403(b) retirement program may begin as soon as you start work.
- After two-years of service, ACS begins a percentage matching program.
- A 125 Plan (health saving account) is available. Employees use this plan to set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for health care expenses outside of medical coverage or for child care expenses.
- ACS provides an Employee Assistance Program which hosts a variety of health and wellness services.
- Eight paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. The remaining two holidays are chosen by the employee or may be added to a vacation.
- Personal Leave accrues based on hours worked. In the first year of employment, an employee who works full time accrues 19 days of leave time. The accrual rate increases yearly for five years to a maximum of 30 days.
- A Higher Education Support Program is available to employees after one year of service.
- Employment begins with an extensive, paid orientation. Ongoing-training and professional development are available to all employees.
- Staff longevity is currently recognized on employee anniversaries with a bonus of $100 for each year of service.
